I release and hold harmless , its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the performance of these services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I also acknowledge that I have informed North Pane Property Services of any fragile or sensitive areas that may require special attention.
