By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that MCB Contracting LLC DBA North Pane Window Cleaning will be performing exterior and/or interior window cleaning services at my property. I understand that while all reasonable care and professional techniques will be used, accidents or damage may occur, including but not limited to scratches, breakage, or damage to window surfaces, frames, or surrounding areas.
I release and hold harmless , its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the performance of these services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I also acknowledge that I have informed North Pane Window Cleaning of any fragile or sensitive areas that may require special attention.
By signing, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
